New Yoga Nidra Workshops in January 2024


Trauma-informed Yoga Nidra is a compassionate and mindful practice that acknowledges and integrates principles healing. In this guided meditation, participants are gently led through a series of verbal cues designed to promote deep relaxation and self-discovery.

I try to create a safe and supportive environment, emphasizing choice, empowerment, and awareness throughout the practice.

Participants are invited to explore sensations, emotions, and breath in a non-intrusive manner, fostering a sense of agency and self-regulation. The practice aims to help individuals release tension, build resilience, and reconnect with their bodies in a way that respects their unique experiences.
